Meanwhile, Houston-based Trelltex Inc. has moved from 23,026 sf at 2715 W. Davey Rd. to 28,263 sf at 2725 W. Davey Rd., where it has a five-year lease. The two deals bring occupancy at Phase I of Wood Hill Crossings Business Park, which consists of 280,000 sf, at 92%.

Although terms were not disclosed, the asking net lease rate at Wood Hill Crossings Business Park is $4.95 per sf. Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate Co. president Daniel P. Cawley, SIOR and former HSA Commercial Real Estate senior vice president Thomas M. Boyle represented the joint venture, BPG Properties, Ltd. Darwin Realty & Development Corp. principal Richard G. Daly, SIOR represented GKN Walterscheid, Inc. while Arthur J. Rogers & Co. principal Jeanne Rogers, CCIM, SIOR represented Trelltex Inc.
