Expansions Push Wood Hill Occupancy to 92%

WOODRIDGE, IL-Walterscheid, Inc. now occupies the entire 139,636 sf at 2715 W. Davey Rd. under a 10-year deal while Trelltex Inc. has 28,263 sf at 2725 W. Davey Rd. for the next five years.

WOODRIDGE, IL-Berwind Property Group, Ltd. and Bridge Development Partners, LLC have signed lease expansions with two tenants at their Wood Hill Crossings Business Park, with 65,000 sf of additional space being claimed. Walterscheid, Inc. expanded its deal at 2715 W. Davey Rd. by nearly 60,000 sf, and now occupies the entire 139,636-sf building under a 10-year lease.

Meanwhile, Houston-based Trelltex Inc. has moved from 23,026 sf at 2715 W. Davey Rd. to 28,263 sf at 2725 W. Davey Rd., where it has a five-year lease. The two deals bring occupancy at Phase I of Wood Hill Crossings Business Park, which consists of 280,000 sf, at 92%.
