Medical Billing Firm Re-Ups 12,365-SF HQ

HOUSTON-PMEB Medical Billing LP inks an early renewal for class B office space in a four-story building in the northwest submarket. The long-term pact provides the firm with an aggressive TI package and some concessions.

HOUSTON-In an effort to take advantage of favorable market conditions, PMEB Medical Billing LP has completed a long-term early renewal for 12,365 sf of class B office space in the northwest quadrant of the city. The local company’s corporate headquarters is housed in the space.

PMEB Medical Billing has been a tenant at 8300 FM 1960 West about five years, according to Bobbie Bozarth, a vice president with Axis Property Advisors LLC and the tenant’s broker. “PMEB was in a position where they wanted to look at the marketplace today versus wait another year,” Bozarth tells GlobeSt.com. “We chose not to evaluate the marketplace because of the existing term on the lease, but the economic package that was offered to us was more aggressive than it would be a year from now.” She adds the deal included an aggressive TI package and some concessions.
