Developed in 1988, 9100 Yellow Brick is located near I-95 and I-695, not far from Franklin Square Hospital Center and the redeveloped Centre at Golden Ring shopping mall.

Donohoe Real Estate Services' Tom Long and Dean Drewyer represented Electric Motor, while Lizzy Sweeney of James F. Knott Realty Group represented property owner Yellow Brick Road LP V. Financial specifics of the transaction have not been disclosed; however, according to Delta Associates' most recent Washington/Baltimore Industrial Report, flex/industrial space in Suburban Baltimore goes for about $5.87 per sf.
