Developed in 1988, 9100 Yellow Brick is located near I-95 and I-695, not far from Franklin Square Hospital Center and the redeveloped Centre at Golden Ring shopping mall.

Financial specifics of the transaction have not been disclosed; however, according to Delta Associates' most recent Washington/Baltimore Industrial Report, flex/industrial space in Suburban Baltimore goes for about $5.87 per sf.
