ROCHESTER HILLS, MI-Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 4,766 sf of industrial space located at 1050 Hamlin Rd. in Rochester Hills. The Information Foundry is a division of Robert Bentley Inc. and will be occupying the facility.

The company will utilize the site for solving technical service communication, training and documentation problems for transportation related industries. Kris Pawlowski of Signature Associates is representing the tenant.

Robert Bentley Inc. Pawlowski and Signature's Joe Banyai are also working on another deal in Rochester Hills. Signature has been awarded the representation of the sale/lease of 25,600 sf of industrial space located at 2523 Product Rd. in Rochester Hills. This property fronts M-59 and has additional land to expand.
