The intersection of Interstate 395 and Route 7 marks home base for the Ford Building, which was developed in 1988 and renovated in 1999. The 14-story office structure, which is also home to Cornerstone Industry Inc. and Gray Hawk Systems Inc., currently has an occupancy level of nearly 82%.
