Patterson, who is now a vice president of Welsh Development, comes from Opus Corp., the large commercial real estate developer based in Minnetonka, MN. Patterson, who has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, will be responsible for overseeing Welsh Development.

Parten, who is a senior vice president of property and facility management, comes from CB Richard Ellis. He will steer the property management division of Welsh, which provides management services for 24 million sf of property. Parten has more than nine years of industry experience working in the Twin Cities and Chicago markets.

Welsh, which also has offices in Chicago and Columbus, is a full-service commercial real estate company with more than 300 employees who work in a most areas of commercial real estate.
