Martius Park and Downtown Office Tower Earn Awards

DETROIT-Several building projects around southeast Michigan win kudos in the 31st annual Engineering Society of Detroit awards. Campus Martius Park and the Compuware headquarters in downtown Detroit's CBD were among the award winners.

DETROIT-Two neighboring Detroit locations were among the winners in the Engineering Society of Detroit’s 31st Annual Construction & Design Awards. The Compuware headquarters in downtown Detroit’s CBD and the Campus Martius Park were among the award winners.

The Compuware building is across from the park on Woodward Avenue. The park is located on Woodward Avenue between Fort Street and Michigan Avenue. The 1.6-acre park is a “legacy” gift to the city of Detroit from the Detroit 300 Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that has raised over $20 million to design, construct and operate the park through business, foundations and individual donations.
