The Memphis-based Heritage Health moved its regional headquarters into 4888 Loop Central Dr. in 2001, according to Virgil Hydes with Lincoln Property Co.'s Houston team. He tells GlobeSt.com that the expansion pact brings the nine-story, 178,222-sf Loop Central One to 95% occupancy. The building, which has an advertised rental rate of $19 per sf, is one of three in the 570,000-sf complex at the southeast corner of West Loop 610 and Southwest Freeway in the Galleria submarket. The complex has been aggressively acquiring tenants since 2001 when Jacobs Engineering moved to a new owner-occupied building.

Jason Presley, formerly of Trione & Gordon/CB Richard Ellis Inc. was the tenant's representative. Hydes represented the building owner, W9/LWS II Real Estate LP, an entity comprised of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and Whitehall Funds, the real estate arm of Goldman Sachs & Co.
