SUNRISE, FL-The Broward County School Board has subleased 93,000 sf in the 115,000-sf building at 1601 N. Harrison Parkway in Sawgrass Technology Park. The aggregate value of the sublease is $6.6 million, and it expires in December 2010. The board will consolidate several administrative offices in the new location.

The space was vacated by ABN Amro Mortgage Group, which relocated to larger quarters in Sawgrass Pointe about a year ago. This building, one of 13 aggregating approximately 650,000 sf, is now fully leased. Miami-based Americas Capital Partners owns the park.
