Dobson Village, set to rise on about 10 acres at the northeast corner of Dobson and Frye roads, already is 40% pre-sold to mostly medical professionals, says Jeff Tricco, a broker with Scottsdale-based Shea Commercial. "We thought demand would be strong since we're right across from the hospital in a growing area," he tells GlobeSt.com. Six condos, totaling 32,000 sf, are sold and a 4,000-sf one is under contract, he adds. The class A condos are selling for $185 per sf to $195 per sf. They will be ready to occupy in spring 2006.
The project features 14 one-story buildings, ranging from 1,500 sf to 12,000 sf. Shea's Dobson Village sales team consists of Tricco and Matt Leonard.
