Reno Readies $13M Office Project

TEMECULA, CA-The 60,000-sf property counts three buildings. A three-story, 32,000-sf main building and two two-story buildings that are 14,000 sf each.

TEMECULA, CA-With finishing touches being placed on Ridge Park Office Center, look for occupancy to take place soon, with multiple tenants in line for space. The $13-million project is owned and developed by the Garrett Group.The local real estate land and management firm will occupy the top two floors of a 32,000-sf office building, where it will house its corporate headquarters. Also on tap to take space is Better World, a nonprofit group run by the owners of the Garrett Group.The office campus is located on 5.5 acres at One Better World Circle and overlooks the Temecula Valley. The complex includes the 32,000-sf central building occupied by the Garrett Group and two two-story 14,000-sf office facilities.Mission Valley-based Reno Contracting handled the construction of the project. In addition to handling work on core construction, Reno also completed 17,000 sf of tenant improvements for Better World and the Garrett Group.Designed by Leary Childs Mascari Warner Architects, the build-out includes 44 private offices, four conference rooms, four break rooms, a full kitchen, library and reception stations.The Garrett Group made a big splash about two years ago, when it picked up a 584,000-sf in the Inland Empire from Chicago-based Equity Office Properties. In the deal, the Garrett Group paid $74 million for the eight-building portfolio.
