Importers Lease 18,537 SF in Beltway Service Center

HOUSTON-LeeMark Cabinet Imports Inc. and PM International Ltd. ink three-year pacts for 13,251 sf and 5,286 sf respectively. The new deals nudge occupancy to 97% in the two-building industrial development.

HOUSTON-Two three-year leases, totaling 18,537 sf, have been signed for Vantage Cos.’ Beltway Service Center, pushing occupancy to 97% in the two-building complex.

The center’s prime location in southwest Houston along Beltway 8 attracted the new tenants, LeeMark Cabinet Imports Inc. and PM International Ltd., says Walter Menuet, a vice president for the Houston-based property owner and developer, Vantage Cos. He and Vantage’s Ryan Cropper negotiated the pacts.

LeeMark Cabinet moved into 13,251 sf at 10515 Harwin Dr., nearly quadrupling in size from its previous location, Menuet tells GlobeSt.com. With the lease, the 76,920-sf office service building is 100% occupied.
