Campau Square Plaza is a 12-story, 200,000-sf class A office tower, for which CB Richard Ellis serves as the exclusive leasing and management agent. "As our presence in West Michigan grows we feel it's a natural move to relocate our Grand Rapids office to the heart of the Central Business District," says Van W. Martin, president of CBRE's West and Mid-Michigan offices. "This central location will allow us to further our mission of providing responsive, results-oriented client services."
