The mini-storage, which features 343 units, and the commercial buildings' tenants, a Curves fitness center and the J&T Michael Lawn & Snow Maintenance Co., will also continue uninterrupted operations. The seller was single, private individual. Morry Greener, Pogoda sales associate, handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.

Pogoda has approximately three million sf of self-storage space under management in 40 facilities in Michigan and Ohio. Pogoda also owns and manages seven manufactured housing communities in Michigan.
