Vista Gardens will occupy a 53-acre parcel at the intersection of Annapolis Road, Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Lottsford Vista Road, surrounded by new high-end townhomes and other residential developments. The project, which will cost a total of $33 million to complete, will also feature 31,000 sf of pad sites, a portion of which has already been claimed by the likes of Chevy Chase Bank and Starbuck's. Other tenants, some of which will build their own stores, include Home Depot, Target, Office Depot and Mattress Discounters.
