Logistics Company Signs 154,000-SF Lease

CRANBURY, NJ-Katt Worldwide's deal is one of three industrial leases recently arranged by Lee & Klatskin Associates, accounting for a total of 238,000 sf.

CRANBURY, NJ-Katt Worldwide Logistics LLC has signed a lease for 154,096 sf at 1240 Cranbury South River Rd. here. The third-party logistics company plans to set up a warehouse operation at the one-story industrial facility, which is owned by an investment group.

Katt Worldwide was represented by Charles Fern and Joel Lubin, EVPs and principals of Lee & Klatskin Associates of Teterboro and Edison. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “The facility provided immediate occupancy, which was a top priority for Katt Worldwide’s warehouse purposes,” Fern says.
