Sabare USA plans to move into 101 N.103rd Ave. later this summer. "They were looking for 100,000 sf to 150,000 sf with an excellent labor pool," says Marc Hertzberg, a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial LLC. He and Tony Lydon represented the tenant, who will be sharing the now fully leased, 250,000-sf building with PFX, a division of the Proctor & Gamble Co. Pat Feeney and Dan Calihan with CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated for the owner, Dividend Capital of Denver.

Hertzberg tells GlobeSt.com that Sabare USA looking for 10 months before deciding on the 10-year-old building. "When we started looking we had about 20 buildings to choose from, but we narrowed it down to the Southwest Valley because of the proximity to I-10 and the growing labor force," he says.
