Textile Manufacturer Takes 157,574 SF for Regional HQ

TOLLESON, AZ-After reviewing more than 20 options for 10 months, Sabare USA, an India-based manufacturer, settles on the Southwest Valley. The four-year industrial lease is valued at $3.8 million for building owner, Dividend Capital.

TOLLESON, AZ-An India-based textile manufacturer has chosen the Southwest Valley for its West Coast regional headquarters operations, bringing more than 100 jobs to the area. Sabare USA, which counts Wal-Mart and Target as customers, committed to a four-year lease with a $3.8-million payout for 157,574 sf of manufacturing and distribution space.

Sabare USA plans to move into 101 N.103rd Ave. later this summer. “They were looking for 100,000 sf to 150,000 sf with an excellent labor pool,” says Marc Hertzberg, a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis
