Jesco Mechanical Inc. is turning on lights at 2929 W. Culver Ave. in a three-building, 60,000-sf complex owned by Los Angeles-based Richards LLC. The lease takes the 21,000-sf building to 100% occupancy. Jesco is sharing the 20-year-old building with Select Interiors.

"Jesco was looking for a building with freeway exposure to help with brand identity," Gary Anderson, a broker with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial LLC in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. "This is one of the few buildings that offered freeway signage." Anderson represented Richards LLC in the lease negotiations while John Pompay of Trammell Crow Co. bargained terms for the tenant, which was working out of 2920 N. 24th Ave.
