Wireless Firm Leases 12,000 SF at Konterra

BELTSVILLE, MD-A 53,000-sf flex building at the Konterra Business Campus lures a wireless communications concern from Montgomery County to Prince George's County. The company agrees to take on 12,000 sf at the two-year-old building, marking a move from a class C facility to a class A facility.

BELTSVILLE, MD-Teltronic Inc. has committed to a 12-year lease on 12,000 sf in the 53,000-sf flex facility at 7051 Muirkirk Meadows Dr. The wireless communications firm’s new home is within the 500,000-sf Konterra Business Campus.

The deal, spearheaded by Scheer Partners on behalf of the Teltronic, marks the company’s relocation of its corporate operations from Montgomery County to Prince George’s County. It also marks the firm’s move from a class C facility to a class A one.
