The project is spearheaded by MIE Properties Inc. and joint venture partner Sidney Emmer Builders Inc. MIE broke ground on 11155 last summer and spent approximately $8.6 million to realize the Robert T. Hoffman-designed project.
The site has already secured two leases. Interglobal Mortgage Corp. has committed to 5,100 sf and OCF Environmental has taken on nearly 2,600 sf. Phase II of the =endeavor will produce Dolfield Business Park, a cluster of nine flex/office buildings totaling 264,500 sf, while Phase III will result in a 75,000-sf restaurant and retail development to be called Doflield Exchange
