Developer Plans Futuristic Residence

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based American Development Group will construct a $25-million, 23-unit residence in Little Italy that will have a futuristic theme. The units at 123 Baxter St. are expected to come online in January 2006. Perry M. Finkelman, CPM, principal of ADG, says he prefers to “focus on how people live and ways to enrich it” and plans to use “tomorrow’s technology today.” Features will include an automatic washer-dryer combo, a central vacuum system and an Internet refrigerator. Insignia Douglass Elliman is the marketing agent for the project.
