Tiburon Divers Inc. signed the largest pact in the stack: 2,287 for 25227 Grogan's Mill Rd., a 35,784-sf building with a $16.50 per sf quoted rate. Aaron Schlameus with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office negotiated a three-year lease for the owner.

Stratos LLC worked out a five-year deal for 1,902 sf at 8701 New Trails Dr. where the quoted rate is $15.50 per sf. And, Long Consultants Inc. agreed to take on 1,473 sf for three years at 171 Woodstead Court. Pollard Galipp with Cypressbrook Co. in Houston represents the owner of the 20,549-sf building, built in the 1970s and being marketed at $17.50 per sf.

Joe Brockman, also with Cypressbrook, represented the tenants. He says the transactions involve relocations for all three companies. Stratos is moving from the Greenspoint area, Tiburon from a smaller office in the Woodlands and Long Consultants from an office in Downtown Houston.
