Colliers Expands Into Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, MI-Eyeing the Washtenaw and Livingston County markets, Colliers International opens a new office in Ann Arbor in the Carriage House Building, located along Detroit Avenue.

ANN ARBOR, MI-Colliers International has opened a new office in Ann Arbor. Colliers will be based in a downtown Ann Arbor office, in suite 100 of the Carriage House Building, located at 617 Detroit Ave.

“Colliers has been active in the Ann Arbor commercial real estate market for several years, serving such clients as Avis Farms, and was the only brokerage firm to represent Domino’s Farms,” said Cameron McCausland, director of brokerage services for Colliers International. “During that time we have seen the Washtenaw County area increase its prominence and dynamic in southeast Michigan, so it seemed natural for us to establish a physical presence here.”

Michael Giraud, and Jeffrey Harshe, formerly of Swisher Commercial, will join McCausland and Tim Guest in the new office in downtown Ann Arbor. Colliers said in the office will also service the adjoining counties of Livingston, Jackson, Lenawee, and Wayne counties.
