Aon Signs 56,000-SF Lease

BALTIMORE-The 260,000-sf office building at 500 E. Pratt St. will become the home of Aon Consulting–a division of Chicago-based insurance brokerage and risk management services provider Aon Corp.–now that the company has signed a lease for 56,000 sf at the new downtown property. Developed just last year, 500 E. Pratt is a 12-story, class A office structure.

Financial terms of the lease agreement between Aon and building owner Multi-Employer Property Trust have not been disclosed. Trammell Crow, which developed 500 E. Pratt St. on behalf of the owner and represented the company, markets space in the building for $32 to $34 per sf. CB Richard Ellis spoke for Aon after having assisted the company in its search for a new space.
