MINNETONKA, MN-Headquartered in Littleton, CO, Time Warner Telecom has expanded its current long-term lease agreement to include an additional 10,928 sf of flex space at its Minnetonka facility. The Feltl Road, bringing its total to 32,120 sf.

In March, the company expanded its fiber network to St. Paul and other Twin Cities suburbs. The network extension serves customers in downtown St. Paul, Eagan, Mendota Heights, Burnsville, Plymouth, New Hope, Golden Valley, Wayzata, and major business parks in the seven-county area. The company now operates a 245-fiber route mile network in the Twin Cities to deliver its integrated voice and data communications products and managed networking solutions to medium and large businesses.

In separate news, several companies have retained their commitment to Eden Prairie. Impact Marketing Inc. has signed a new long-term lease agreement for 9,502 sf at Technology Park VII; CT Associates Inc. has signed a new long-term lease for 4,656 sf of space at the Valley Oak Business Center; and at Valley Oak Business Center, Symmetry Partners signed a new lease for 1,417 sf and Core Group Inc. signed a new lease for 4,056 sf.

Philadelphia-based REIT Liberty Property Trust negotiated the Minnetonka and Eden Prairie transactions. Liberty Property owns and manages nearly four million sf of office, flex and industrial space throughout Minnesota.
