Yarns-2-Ewe Cuts Long-Term, Expansion Pact

HOUSTON-The yarn goods company's growth necessitates an increase in space and a more visible location. Yarns-2-Ewe signs a 9,000-sf lease "slightly south" of the original ask of 74 cents per sf gross.

HOUSTON-Due to its need for more space and visibility, Yarns-2-Ewe, a local outlet specializing in yarns and related goods and services, has signed a long-term lease for 9,000 sf, taking over the entire space at 518 Shepard Dr.

Travis Land and John Ferruzzo of NAI Houston represented the building owner, the Mahoney Revocable Trusts of Houston. Yarns-2-Ewe represented itself.
