SAN DIEGO-The office investment remains strong with two recent properties changing hands. The latest office properties to sell include a Scripps Ranch building and a Downtown San Diego facility. The deals total $16 million.In the Downtown deal, Artemisia LLC acquired the 1660 Union St. building from R&H Convoy Ltd. Artemisia paid $6 million for the 24,000-sf office building. As part of the deal, Artemisia also picked up an adjacent 5,000-sf lot.The building will serve as headquarters for the law offices of Frank E. Rogozienski. Other tenants include DG Energy Solutions Inc. and StepStone Real Estate Services, headed by Jack Naliboff, who will act as the building’s property manager.Duncan Dodd and Andy La Dow of Grubb & Ellis
