Sonnenblick-Goldman Co. represented Constellation, while Amstar/Pratt Street represented itself. Amstar/Pratt Street intends to invest an undetermined amount of funds into revitalizing the building.

"We see a terrific opportunity to contribute significantly to the urban renewal efforts under way in the Inner Harbor by applying an aggressive retail repositioning effort to the plaza level of the property," says Amstar Group CEO Gabe L. Finke. "With direct access via two sky bridges to both the Baltimore Convention Center and Inner Harbor retail pavilions, the plaza level is primed for redevelopment." Colliers Pinkard, which assisted Amstar in assessing Baltimore's office market before the purchase, will handle leasing and management, and will also advise Amstar/Pratt Street on how it can maximize the property's potential.
