Pete Briskman and Rob Copito of the Staubach Co. assisted Dynamac, while building owner Prentiss Properties relied on the internal representation of David L. Miller. Further details on the lease have not been disclosed; however, Prentiss Properties is currently marketing remaining space in the seven-story building for $26 per sf.

Developed in 1990, 2275 Research is the second of three class A office structures that comprise the 439,000-sf Research Office Center, which is located just a block away from Interstate 270. Other tenants in the building include lead tenant Aspen Systems and the Physician Insurers Association of America.
