At the time of the transaction, the property was fully occupied by a variety of tenants including American Entrepreneurs for Economic Growth, Energy and Environmental Analysis Inc. and the US headquarters of software solutions provider Comptel Communications Inc.
According to commercial real estate data source Black's Guide, CB Richard Ellis had been handling leasing activities on behalf of the ownership and marketed space at $28 to $32 per sf.
