Building Six will be home to such tenants as, Regal Cinemas which previously inked a 32,500-sf, 15-year deal for an eight-screen theatre that will serve as the center's entertainment anchor. Women's clothing retailer Coldwater Creek signed on for 5,500 sf, jeweler Jos. A. Bank will have 4,600 sf and restaurant Johnny Rockets will have 2,500 sf. Cosmetique has taken 3,500 sf, Stella Gialla, 750 sf and Pasticcio, 4,250 sf. A Cold Stone Creamery will be housed in 1,000 sf, while Aerosoles will have 1,400 sf and the Bombay Co. will take 5,500 sf. Additional details were not released for a California Pizza Kitchen lease. Space in the center is priced at between $45 per sf and $100 per sf.

Negotiations are ongoing with additional prospective tenants. Approximately one quarter of the center's space is either in negotiation or already signed on. Atco is developing this retail project on the Atlas Terminals site, a property owned by the Hemmerdinger family for more than 85 years.

Located at 8000 Cooper Ave., Atlas Park will consist of eight buildings housing retail and office space. In total, the site will feature 60 stores, restaurants, offices and services and will sit on a 12-acre tract of land surrounding the 2.5-acre Ellipse Park. The project also encompasses two other outdoor public spaces and a 1,000-sf café pavillion.
