Jeff Patterson, director of corporate real estate services at the Minneapolis office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, and Brad Pfaff, a senior associate with the Colliers' office, represented the seller in the deal. The seller was St. Michael Business Center LLP, headed by general partner Harold Teasdale, who is part of the Minnesota Brokerage Group. The sales price was not disclosed.

The St. Michael Business Center, which is located near Interstate 94 and Minnesota Highway 241, offers "good access for St. Michael residents and terrific visibility for other traffic traveling on Interstate 94," Patterson says. The fast growing cities of St. Michael and Albertville are part of the "tremendous residential growth that is occurring along Interstate 94 between Maple Grove and St. Cloud," adds Pfaff. The St. Michael City Council recently approved the site plan and conditional use permit for the project.
