Transcription Firm Relocates With Five-Year Lease

HOUSTON-The owners of Barrister Records & Reporting just wraps up a move into a 1,813-sf office at 25211 Grogan's Mill Rd. The gist of the deal is the owners zeroed in on location as the dealmaker.

HOUSTON-Barrister Records & Reporting Inc. has opened doors on a 1,813-sf office at 25211 Grogan’s Mill Rd. The five-year lease, with option for renewal, went for $17 per sf.

Harry Lenkerd, a broker associate with ReMax in the Woodlands and Spring, who negotiated the deal for the tenant, says the move was due to distance considerations. “They live in the Woodlands and they wanted to be closer to their work so the location was perfect,” he tells GlobeSt.com. “They just wanted to cut down on commute time.”
