Located at 16 Królewska St., Saski Crescent is situated near Saski Park and several hotels. The building owner is Europolis Invest, an Austria-based real estate investor.

A local industry source tells GlobeSt.com the building sat largely empty for two years before beginning to lease up. Activity has been brisk since the start of the year, however, and the building is now 75% leased, according to the source.

Ove Arup & Partners was represented by Robert Karniewski and Marcin Kania with Colliers International in Warsaw. The negotiated lease rate was not released by the parties involved. The asking lease rate for space in Saski Crescent is Euro 18.50 per sf per month.

Ove Arup will relocate from 20 Piekna St, a class A CBD office building developed in late 1990s. The company currently occupies about 13,000 sf.
