Yearlong Wait Ends for 18,764-SF Warehouse Buy

PASADENA, TX-Mitrowski Land Investments Ltd. acquires the 1980-built warehouse to sell and store large pieces of welding equipment after the sellers waited a year for a better offer to come along on an asset assessed at $351,821.

PASADENA, TX-Following a yearlong wait on its initial bid, Houston-based Mitrowski Land Investments Ltd. has purchased an 18,764-sf warehouse, assessed at $351,821.

The new owner plans to house Mitrowski Welding Equipment Ltd. in the 2409 Albright Dr. building, says Justin Tunnel from National Realty Group Inc. in Houston. The building will be used to sell and store large pieces of welding equipment.

“The property was a couple of years on the market,” Tunnel tells GlobeSt.com. “We’d initially made an offer about a year ago and they finally came back and said they’d take it.” Will Swanson and John Ferruzzo with NAI Houston represented the local sellers, Glen Graef and Lynette Palmer.
