According to Chris Kugle of NAI Houston, who represented the seller, Steve Kloc, groundbreaking will soon begin on the development. He says the reason ADDP Holdings Ltd. purchased the land was "because they were in a smaller facility they'd outgrown and needed the space. This will be their headquarters." The Home Health Care Network's existing facility is along Blalock Road.

The property, located between US Highway 290 and Hempstead Road, had been on the market about 2.5 years, during which three to four offers had been made. However, ADDP "finally paid close to what we wanted," Kugle tells GlobeSt.com, "and had the wherewithal to close." He adds the seller owns a millwork business, which he has set up in another building in the area.
