Healthcare Agency Acquires Tract for 10,000-SF BTS

HOUSTON-A Home Health Care Network plans to develop a build-to-suit on 1.41 acres that's been on the market 2.5 years. ADDP Holdings Ltd. makes the close with the first offer closest to the initial ask, paying $246,000 for the northwest Houston land.

HOUSTON-A local home-healthcare agency has purchased 1.41 acres from entrepreneur Steve Kloc to develop a 10,000-sf build-to-suit for a facility and headquarters. The final sale price of $246,000 was close to the initial ask for land in the northwest submarket.

According to Chris Kugle of NAI Houston, who represented the seller, Steve Kloc, groundbreaking will soon begin on the development. He says the reason ADDP Holdings Ltd. purchased the land was “because they were in a smaller facility they’d outgrown and needed the space. This will be their headquarters.” The Home Health Care Network’s existing facility is along Blalock Road.
