WASHINGTON, DC-With the signing of a new 10-year lease for 15,000 sf of space, Nixon Peabody LLP has increased its occupancy level at Market Square North, the 401,300-sf office property at 401 9th St. NW. The law firm, which has made its home in the building since its completion five years ago, now occupies nearly 90,000 sf.

“Nixon Peabody’s Washington, DC presence continues to grow as the firm continues its strong performance in this market and nationally,” Justine Wilcox, managing partner of the Washington, DC office, explains of the firm’s need for additional space. Additional lease information was not released.
