The 11-story Towers Residential Suites option of living in a one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom suite, with a shared living space and private baths. The building will house sophomores, juniors, seniors, graduate, professional, medical and law students. The building also features a 400-person cafe-style dining facility and kitchenettes, as well as social and study lounges on each floor.
A convenience store is located on the ground level. The complex consists of two nine-story wings and an 11-story center section. The building is adjacent to the university's Student Center Building.
