Opened in late 2004, Tamarack is the first major all-season resort to open in the US in the past two decades. It is located on the shore of Lake Cascade and offers alpine skiing, hiking and biking, championship golf and water sports. President Bush just concluded a three-day vacation there.

The agreement follows a feasibility study conducted by PKF, a San Francisco-based hospitality consultant. Agassi Enterprises is based in Las Vegas. Bayview Financial is based in Coral Gables, FL.
