TSMC Establishes First New England Office

BURLINGTON, MA-A corporate office center that has seen 112,000 sf of lease-up within the past year has added another tenant to its roster. TSMC North America, a San Jose, CA-based semi-conductor firm, will move into 4,486 sf of office space at 25 Corporate Dr. in the Burlington Centre Corporate Park in October to establish its first New England office.

“They wanted a first class building that was amenity rich,” Kerry Olson with Trammell Crow’s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com. Set on a 70 acre campus, the three -building, master-planned, 535,000-sf office park offers a full-service cafeteria, fitness room, shower and locker facilities and outdoor patio seating. Although terms of the lease were not disclosed, Olson says rents generally are in the low $20 per-sf price range.
