Dumbo Attracting New Tenant Base

BROOKLYN, NY-Three international contracting and architecture firms have signed leases for office space at 45 Main St. and a 24/7 law office has leased office space at 55 Washington St. Both are in the neighborhood known as Dumbo or “Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass.”

Chris Havens, director of leasing for Two Trees Management, which owns 13 buildings and the second largest portfolio of commercial space on the Brooklyn waterfront of Dumbo, says this niche is “sure to thrive in this vibrant community.” All of the architecture/contracting companies chose 45 Main due to its seven-foot windows and other amenities.
