A Polish source with GTech's brokerage firm Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com that GTech signed a 58-month lease for space on the building's ninth floor. The negotiated lease reate was not released by the parties involved. The asking lease rate for the building is $20 per sf per month.

GTech provides software, networks, and professional services for transaction processing solutions. The Company's core market is the lottery industry, with a growing presence in commercial gaming technology and financial services transaction processing.

The company is consolidating two separate operations at Al. Jerozolimskie 92. One of the operations has been subleasing space in the building and the other operation was in a different location, according to the Colliers source. Vacancy in the Ochota District is about 10%, according to Colliers.
