WARSAW-GTech of Rhode Island has leased about 20,000 sf at Al. Jerozolimskie 92, a 16-story building that is part of the Brama Zachodnia office development in the Ochota district, which is on the fringe of the CBD. The building is owned by DB Real Estate Polska 2, which is part of Deutsche Bank.

A Polish source with GTech’s brokerage firm Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com that GTech signed a 58-month lease for space on the building’s ninth floor. The negotiated lease reate was not released by the parties involved. The asking lease rate for the building is $20 per sf per month.
