The warehouse is slated for 18 acres located north of West Seventh Avenue between Commercial Street and Belt Line Road. The company's leased space is in a nearby cluster of buildings. Petersen-Arne owners Cynthia Morris and Craig Curtis acquired the land in 2003 for $800,000, according to public records. Curtis could not be reached Tuesday afternoon for comment.

Petersen-Arne is one of the largest full-line wholesale craft distributors on the West Coast. The company carries more than 50,000 products that supply about 2,000 retail craft and hobby shops.
