Wholesaler Takes 36,940 SF for Houston Inroad

HOUSTON-Westye Group-South, a national wholesale distributor of luxury appliances, opens doors with a three-year deal that is close to the quoted rate of 32 cents per sf, triple net in ready-to-go space at the 194,000-sf Clay Road Distribution Center.

HOUSTON-Westye Group-South Central, LP Inc., a national wholesale distributor of luxury appliances, has moved into the Houston market by inking a three-year lease for 36,940 sf at the Clay Road Distribution Center, a 194,000-sf office/warehouse on the city’s west side.

The final leased rate “was fairly close to the quoted rate” of 32 cents per sf, triple net, says Walter Menuet, vice president of Vantage Cos. in Houston. Menuet and colleague Ryan Cropper, represented the owner, Vantage Development, while Steve Kuper and Steve Adkisson of Houston-based National Realty Group, Inc. brokered the transaction for Westye.
