The 20-year-old building, located at 10551 Fisher Rd. and sitting on 2.99 acres, is a crane-served warehouse building. "They looked at several properties across the entire city and this one offered proximity to their existing headquarters so it made the most sense," says Michael Hill, president of local firm, Michael Hill Properties, who teamed with colleague Mike Taetz on the seller's behalf. Walker Barnett of Colliers International's Houston office represented Stoller, which is involved in research and development of crop growth and plant nutrients.

Hill tells GlobeSt.com that another attraction to the property, which will be used to expand its operations area, was it was ready for almost immediate move-in. "They had to do a little work operationally, but nothing too significant," he adds.
