Prelease Soaks Up 27% of Bedford Industrial Development

NAPA, CA-The Lafayette, CA-based REIT's latest addition to Napa Valley Corporate Park has an early taker in Bergin Glass Impressions Inc., which signed a long-term lease that will commence upon completion of the development in December.

NAPA, CA- Bergin Glass Impressions Inc., a glass etcher and screen printer serving the wine industry has signed a 10-year lease for space in Bedford Property Investors newest addition to the Napa Valley Corporate Park. The lease will commence upon completion of the development, which is expected to occur sometime in December.

The 24,118-sf lease soaks up 27% of Bedford’s development, an 88,500-sf, two-building project called The Vines. Bedford chief executive Peter Bedford EVP says the lease is “a good start” for the $9-million endeavor.

Bedford EVP Steve Silla tells GlobeSt.com the two buildings represent Bedford’s sixth development in the industrial park, which houses the bulk of Bedford’s Napa Valley holdings. The other five developments total 415,107 sf and are “pretty well leased,” he says.
